We ordered these chairs for our busy waiting room. They are very nice chairs, high quality, and at a great price. Fast shipping too. We only had one issue of 15 chairs - I received 2 of the same legs intead of 1 of each of the 4. But it was workable until they could ship out a new replacement leg. Chairs are easy to put together though it was faster to use a screwdriver with a square head. The Alan wrench that comes with the chairs is the same length on both sides and was very difficult to use as you could only get about a1/4 of a turn out of it. Would have taken forever with their tools.
