This counter height bar stool was easy to put together. Took me about 20 minutes and everything I needed was included. I was nervous that it wouldn't feel as stable as my current metal barstools but it absolutely does! I love the comfort of the padded seat and that there is a place to put your feet on the bottom (I'm only 5'2" so my feet dangle with barstools typically!). The back rest of the still isn't very comfortable but I don't often lean back when sitting at my island so for me…not a big deal. My teen is a leaner but likes the cushion enough this one is becoming his favorite barstool. This one gets pluses for assembly, stability, and seat comfort. The durability of the wood and lack of comfort for the back are the two negatives.
