Highlighting Powder Rose Glow

I am a highlighter lover but never tried products from Laura Mercier. As of now I came to the point that highlighter on me must look smooth, dewy but I still like reflect and brightness. I bought this highlighter because saw how it works in social media. Mine came broken a little bit. When I look at it in the package then it doesn't look impressive or shiny or something glowy, looks like a powder. When swatch on hand then also nothing special. It is finely milled, no sparkles. But when apply on face then it works as highlighter - it reflects, sits good on the skin and has nice color, not white cast. Could be layered, could be really intensive. I always spray with mist on top just because it's my preference to make it glowy as much as possible. It works in my makeup routine and I don't have complaints about this product.
