Journee Collection Women's Tru Comfort Foam Wide Calf Kyllie Boot

I ordered the Kyllie wide calf boot in a 10 because I really wear a 9 or 9 1/2, when I got the boots soon after (I do have big calfs) I was very impressed that they slipped right on and the boot fit, especially around my calf, but there was a zipper about 6 inches on the ankle part that did not close. O.k. after several different methods of trying to close I decided to exchange them for a bigger size. Journee had the easiest non questionable exchange method it was awesome. I went for a 12, thinking this will be big but it will definetly fit. The new pair arrived rather quickly and I was very happy, but now the new one did zipper around the ankle and the boot fit my foot alittle big but was comfortable, now the calf part didn't fit. I was very disappointed, I loved these shoes and called them my "Monica shoes" (if you watched friends) I did not ask for a return or exchange as I hate being that person. So, in recap..... loved the way the company handled business, didn't like the way the shoes were made.

I wear a size 11 but it was a bit tight so I got a 12 and it fit perfectly. I love the way it fit my leg. I will definitely order another pair.
