Tag Team

Too short for a grownup. Handle of broom makes annoying noises as you sweep (flexing the joint between wood and metal). Dustpan is completely useless because it starts to fold up as you try to get it against the ground. And I tried to review it before, but the website wouldn't let me submit the review.

First, here's what I like about Tag Team: I have 2 dogs that shed--some seasons more than others, but every day or two little puffs of hair must be swept off the wood floor. Now, the handles on this set only reach my hips, so I don't use the broom for the whole floor, but it's great for targeting hair. broom in one hand, dust pan in the other, the set is a time-saver, no bending or squatting. It's light-weight and the broom handle stores neatly in the pan handle. Its drawbacks: The pan handle stands with the broom attached but falls with it removed because the swivel attaching pan to handle doesn't click the pan handle to a fixed upright position. While you're working, as long as you have one in each hand, you're fine. Second, the bristles bend and aren't very secure in the base of the broom. Used it lightly a couple of times and have lost a couple already. With better construction, Tag Team would be quite handy for quick, light sweeping.
