Kale is loaded with Vitamins A, B, C, and K, iron, and antioxidants; Vitamin K works to tighten the skin, thereby reducing fine lines and wrinkles. This host of Vitamins are also known for clarifying pores, promoting collagen production, increasing cell turnover, preventing free-radical damage, and detoxifying.
