Founded by aromatherapist and meditation teacher Jenn Tardif, the team strives to practice what they preach by infusing everything they share — from botanical blends to gentle reminders to pause mid-scroll — with intention. They offer equal parts tools and techniques, inspired by the teachings that they most revere.
