Highland is an edge grain-constructed board, known for its durability and resistance to moisture. The reversible design makes it easy to use either side for prepping and chopping with a large built-in juice groove to catch runoff from meats and fruits. The thickness of the board allows for stability and the beautifully carved handles provide superior grip. Filled with rich oils, the sustainably sourced teak is naturally resistant to water, staining and with scarring less noticeable than other woods. Teak is hard enough to withstand heavy use, but not so much so that it will hurt your knives' edge.

Passionate for design, the founders Tiffany and Tarek quickly ran into a dead end when searching for a beautiful, functional, yet affordable cutting board. They wanted a board to use every day, to entertain with, and to display proudly in their kitchen. When they failed to find the perfect board, they decided to create it themselves. All of their designs are original and start on paper. Each product takes up to 10 months to prototype, test, revise, and perfect before they get it into your hands.
