REAL APPLICATION: There's no right or wrong way to apply eyeliner. It's what best suits you! Either start towards the inner part of your eye working outwards, or outer part of your eye working inwards. Do not worry about creating one continuous line- you can create your line with short strokes.Please note: This is not a retractable eyeliner, but rather a pencil liner. To sharpen, use any non-electrical pencil sharpener on hand.REAL TIPS: For a soft and subtle smoky eye, draw a thick line above your upper lash line.
