A longstanding RC style, the Phelan top is an airy, crossover crop top with a button-up mock neck, cut this season in Leopard Jacquard, which has a contrasting matte/shiny finish. A rounded hem creates a contoured effect. Wear with the matching bammy or wharf pant for an elegant evening look
