Ear Seed Kit

I got these to try at home until my regular acupuncture clinic re-opens. While I do like them and they are easy to use, I am disappointed that so far three of the little metal balls have fallen off inside the package, which means that's three ear seeds I can't even use. For the price I would expect better quality. For the seeds I have used so far, the adhesive is excellent and they do stay on through exercise, showering, and swimming. I would have also like a little more info about where to place them, for example, I have carpal tunnel from all my computer work but there isn't a specific point on the ear guide for that.
