I rarely use product, but I've used this every time I've washed my hair since I bought it. After washing, conditioning, and towel-drying, I rub 2 squirts between my palms and scrunch my hair then leave it to air dry. In addition to waves, it makes it feel soft and full. The scent is subtle but pleasant and doesn't linger or interfere with perfume or other scent. The best part is when I wake up the next morning my hair doesn't feel dirty, greasy, or weighed down like other products—which is important to me since I don't wash my hair every day.
