Born in the Swiss Alps, On was founded by professional athlete Olivier Bernhard and his friends David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti. Together, they sought out to create ultra-lightweight athletic shoes that promote innovative design and ultra-adaptive and cushioning technology on the one hand, and ultra-performing apparel without ever sacrificing design on the other.
