Our classic Paring knife is like a mini version of a chef’s knife, with a versatile blade shape that can be used for a variety of tasks. The small size of a paring knife allows for better control when making cuts off of the cutting board.
Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately. Do not place in dishwasher. Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts. Oil the wood handle as needed with food-safe mineral oil.
