It dries the clothes...

It dries the clothes OK, but because the door opens and closes extremely hard the whole machine moves. This is a major problem as the dryer vent is taped because of a telescoping vent used. Consequently, we push down hard on the dryer to keep it from moving when opening or closing the door. When pushing down on the top or side the metal caves in and leaves an indentation. Can the door problem be fixed?

The dryer is great. The only thing I wish it had was a timer so you would know how time is left for the different cycles.
