Free of Titanium Dioxide that leaves a mask like finish when formulated into powder foundations, VELLUTO feels light-as-air and provides a full but natural looking coverage that doesn’t dry, crumble or settle into fine lines throughout the day. It is also free of Bismuth Oxychloride, which many report causes feelings of irritation and itchiness, and other debated ingredients, such as nano-particles and talc. VELLUTO is formulated to be color mutable for a perfect fit.
