Odd proportions

The lamp looks decent but I don't feel like the website images accurately represents the proportions in person. The globe is quite large and the shaft, from certain angles, is very thick/clunky. Online this looks chic and dainty but in person is a bit cartoonish. Also arrived with the "brass" finish scratched off in places, but for the price the quality is otherwise good.

I had high hopes for this lamp, but the structure is broken and mine is completely slanted. Everything is screwed in tight, but very slanted. I didn't build it until after I moved and missed the 30 day mark because I kept it in the box. Very disappointed.
