Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice (also called gundusha) used to support general oral hygiene. Formulated with organic oils and botanicals traditionally used to clean teeth, strengthen gum tissue, reduce plaque & cavities, and support healthy teeth and gums. 100% Vegan. Available in two versions, original peppermint and activated charcoal for extra detox.

Usage Instructions

- Swish approximately 2 teaspoons of oil in the mouth, push & pull around the mouth & in-between the teeth for 5-20 minutes.
- Spit and rinse (do not swallow oil) your mouth with clean water.
